Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role consists of two primary responsibilities: capturing high-quality content on wedding days and managing social media marketing efforts.

As a Content Creator, the successful candidate will capture engaging iPhone photos and videos, creating scroll-stopping wedding day content that includes stories and reels featuring behind-the-scenes footage and artistic moments. A strong creative eye and the ability to document genuine emotions will be essential. We require someone up to date with current trends in social media marketing and can quickly adapt to changes in platforms, algorithms, and audience preferences.

In the capacity of Social Media Marketing Coordinator, this individual must stay up to date with current trends in social media marketing, quickly adapting to changes in platforms, algorithms, and audience preferences. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, updating the website and blogs, engaging in outreach for magazine publications, fostering vendor relationships, and developing innovative branding and marketing strategies. Additionally, the coordinator will monitor analytics and performance to plan and execute engaging social media campaigns.

A training period will ensure a seamless transition into the role, familiarizing the new hire with NOAZA's standards of excellence, tone, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate and post wedding photography images on social media platforms including Instagram, Tiktok & Pinterest, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.

  • Regularly update the NOAZA website and blog with fresh content that resonates with our audience.

  • Engage with magazines and publications to feature our work and build relationships with vendors.

  • Develop, strategize and implement creative branding and social media campaigns to enhance our visibility and engagement.

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.Capture engaging videos throughout the wedding day, focusing on key moments, emotions, and details that tell the couple's story.

  • Create modern, fine art and aesthetically engaging wedding day content

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in social media marketing (Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest), with a strong portfolio showcasing past work and the ability to share client analytics demonstrating campaign performance and brand development

  • Creative Vision for artistic handheld phone videography. Experience with Capcut and editing short-form content is a must.

  • Commitment to excellence, working strongly both independently and as part of a team, and have a genuine passion for engaging content with a results-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. (Capcut, Canva, SCRL, Squarespace, etc.)

  • Understanding of SEO Optimization and Copywriting

  • Education is fine-arts and marketing is strongly preferred

Compensation:Your individual skill set and the training required will be considered when finalizing your rate. During the initial onboarding, you will receive a training rate, with your compensation being finalized based on your skill set and performance at the end of the training period. Starting Rate: $21/hr
