A phrase Saad says often, usually followed by a laugh and a solution to whatever problem just happened.

Equal parts observer and conversationalist, he's someone who can spend hours talking about travel, watches, coffee, food, or whatever rabbit hole currently has his attention, always able to find a story or connection in almost anything, and somehow turn even the most random conversations into something meaningful or entertaining.

There's a calmness to the way he moves through the world. Never rushed. Never dramatic. Just present, and usually the person keeping things light when energy starts to get a little too tense, knowing when to step in and when to just let things be.

That same energy naturally finds its way into the way he works. Blending into the environment, building trust quickly, and treating people with a genuine sense of empathy during some of the most emotional moments of their lives. He has a way of making people feel comfortable without needing to say much, just through presence and timing.

Though if you're ever offered a coffee he made himself, be prepared. He will absolutely remind you that he makes the best coffee on the team.
